Here are where you should look to avoid in the county this week.
Handford Road, Ipswich
Handford Road will be closed from Monday until August 26 due to works being completed.
Applicant Brooks and Wood Ltd will be carrying out repairs from 7.30am on Monday, with the road to be closed at all times.
Playford Road, Ipswich
Playford Road in Ipswich will be shut between Monday and Thursday as a result of works being carried out by Suffolk Highways.
Well Street, Bury St Edmunds
Well Street in Bury St Edmunds is set to close on Tuesday owing to works by Openreach.
Restrictions will be in place while the repairs are carried out between 9.30am and 3.30pm.
Ehringshausen Way, Haverhill
Ehringshausen Way in Haverhill will be closed overnight between Monday and Friday.
Suffolk Highways is carrying out resurfacing between Lordscroft Lane and Mount Road.
Bures Road, Great Cornard
Bures Road in Great Cornard will be shut on Wednesday due to repairs being completed by Suffolk Highways.
The closure will be in place between 10am and 3pm.
