Roadworks are once again likely to cause disruption for drivers in Suffolk this week. 

Here are five sets to avoid in the county this week.

Ancaster Road, Ipswich 

Ancaster Road in Ipswich will be shut on Monday due to works being carried out by Suffolk County Council. 

The authority will be carrying out highways repairs between 7.30pm and 11.30pm. 

Borley Road, Long Melford

Borley Road in Long Melford will be closed between Monday and Wednesday. 

The closure is a result of works being carried out by Anglian Water, a diversion route is in place. 

Newmarket Road, Cowlinge 

Cowlinge's Newmarket Road will be shut between Wednesday and Friday as a result of works by Anglian Water.

A diversion route will be in place for the duration of the works. 

Pembroke Road, Framlingham 

Pembroke Road in Framlingham will be closed between Monday and Wednesday due to repair works being completed by Essex and Suffolk Water. 

Beccles Road, Sotherton 

Beccles Road in Sotherton will be shut on Monday due to works being carried out by Suffolk County Council. 

The road will be closed between 10am and 3pm. 

A diversion route is in place.
