A woman has had her long locks chopped off to mark the bravery of a little girl who has survived a rare form of cancer.
Jenny Overson, of Needham Market, raised £1,200 for Cancer Research UK and also donated her hair to the Little Princess Trust, which provides wigs for children suffering from cancer.
The 33-year-old said: “My friend’s daughter Leah was diagnosed with cancer in 2013 at the age of three.
“When she lost her hair due to treatment we went to find a wig but couldn’t find any suitable for children so we went to the Little Princess Trust which provided one for free.”
