Stowmarket youth brass band to perform in lead-up to Christmas

An award-winning youth brass band from Stowmarket is gearing up for a busy December with a series of performances in the lead-up to Christmas.

Simply Brass Stowmarket will be performing at the Needham Market Christmas Fair on December 3 and at the Scout Christmas Carol Service on December 10.

The independent youth brass band will also be outside Tesco in Stowmarket on December 17, from 11am-1pm, with all proceeds going to the Teenage Cancer Trust and Fresh Starts - new beginnings.

Simply Brass will also be teaming up with Mid Suffolk Brass for a gala Christmas concert at St Peter’s and St Mary’s Church in Stowmarket on December 16 at 7pm.

The band is inviting everyone in the community to join in the festive fun to get into the Christmas spirit.
