If you're looking for good food without a big price tag, here are five of the county's best cheap eats. 

Gunhill Beach Kiosk

Where: Off Ferry Road, Southwold, IP18 6HF

A small family run business along the Suffolk coast in Southwold. 

The kiosk sells ice cream, hot and cold food, and a variety of drinks. 

For Christmas some of the drinks specials included hot mulled wine, and gingerbread syrup for coffee.

Ruby's Kitchen

Where: 1 Bent Hill, Felixstowe, IP11 7DG

Another place to enjoy homemade food with views of the sea. 

Ruby's Kitchen offers a range of breakfast items as well as sandwiches and light bites. 

A small breakfast costs £8.45 and comes with a sausage, a rasher of bacon, an egg, fresh tomato, mushrooms and a slice of toast.

Whistlestop Café

Where: The Station House, Station Road, Woodbridge, IP12 4AU

A unique cafe set in what used to be Woodbridge Railway station. 

The family run place for a bite to eat serves a range of food and drinks including all day breakfasts and smoothies. 

A full English breakfast here costs £8.

A small family café serving a wide selection of Greek meals. 

The menu includes moussaka, pasticcio, and Greek Meze such as hummus, olives, and falafel. 

If you want something sweet instead then order a baklava and a Greek coffee.

Biriyani Hut

A town centre food stall serving freshly made Indian and Bangladeshi food. 

The menu includes samosa starters, meat or vegetable biriyani, and a range of wraps. 

A chicken biriyani with curry sauce costs £7.50.
